Getting the most out of PitPulse
Last updated August 2026
PitPulse is a paid membership: your vehicle schedule, recalls, service history, garage, export and email reminders unlock after checkout. The setup wizard keeps your answers in this browser for up to 24 hours until payment confirms; there is no free plan or trial.
Your reminders
You'll get an email about two weeks before something's due, and again two days out if it's still open. That's it — no daily nagging, and nothing sends until something's actually coming up on your car's schedule.
One tap when it's done
Every reminder email has an “I already did this”link. Tapping it logs the service, resets that interval, and asks you to confirm your odometer — no login, no app to open. That confirmed odometer is also what keeps every other projection on your car accurate, so it's worth the five seconds.
The severe-duty schedule
If you told us this is gig work — rideshare, delivery, anything with constant stop-and-go — your intervals are already tightened to the manufacturer's own severe-duty schedule, roughly half the normal mileage for oil, brakes, filters and transmission fluid. If a mechanic or your own experience tells you a specific interval is wrong for your car, edit it — the defaults are a starting point, not a fixed fact.
Logging a service yourself
Don't want to wait for a reminder? Open a vehicle from your garage and use Log a service— three taps: what, when, and the odometer. Cost, shop and notes are optional, but adding cost is what powers your cost-per-mile number once you've logged a few services.
Multiple vehicles
Your plan isn't capped at one car — add every vehicle you drive from your garage, and each gets its own independent schedule and reminders.
Billing
Manage or cancel anytime from your account menu, which opens Stripe's billing portal directly. We offer a 7-day refund on any new subscription, no questions asked.
